What is Tumbling & Trampoline
Trampoline and Tumbling (T&T) is a division of USA Gymnastics that encompasses the disciplines of Trampoline, Synchronized Trampoline, Double Mini, and Tumbling. There are 10 basic levels and youth elite, junior elite, open elite, and senior elite levels. Boys and girls are able to compete in any, or all, of these disciplines, and although they do not compete against each other, they usually train together.
Is Tumbling & Trampoline a local sport?
Not at all! After the state championships comes a regional championship, a national championship, and, at the elite level, world championships. In addition, trampoline is has been a competition at the Olympic games since 2000.
