The Women's State Committee met on April 28th via Zoom.  It was decided that all of the Spring season state meets will be canceled.  Here are the meeting minutes for you to read.

Effective immediately, USA Gymnastics has canceled all events and event sanctions at least through May 10 due to coronavirus concerns.

We will do our best to keep you informed as to how that will affect this competitive season going forward, and will post updates here as soon as we get them.

The latest USAG Program Updates are available for the Men's and Women's programs.  Download the Men's program updates and the Women's program updates from the USA Gymnastics website.  The Women's program updates include the latest JO Floor Exercise updates to the Women's Code of points.

Reporting Women's JO and Xcel Meet Results
All scores from ALL LEVELS MUST be sent to in order for a meet to be considered as a qualifying meet.  Instructions are available for exporting results from ProScore, Beyond the Scores or a generic format.  No scores can be counted if they aren't reported in one of these accepted formats.

Please click the appropriate link above for instructions on how to report the meet results in the format of your choice. If you need to enter your scores by hand, the generic template can be found here.

The Cheryl L. Baits Gymnastics Award is given each year to a deserving Xcel program athlete who plans to attend the Regional Championship Meet.  Current Regional levels are Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.  Depending on gym policy, this award will go to the gym or family of the athlete.  An application for the award can be downloaded here.

The official USA Gymnastics 2019 - 2020 Rules & Policies are now available online.   The Womens's Rules and Policies, the Mens's Rules and Policies and the Tumbling & Trampoline Rules & Policies can be downloaded or viewed for free from the USA Gymnastics web site.

Meet Directors for this competition season will no doubt want to download and view this presentation on what it takes to run an efficient and sanction violation free meet.

Colorado Men's Rules and Policies are available now.  Those who are Men's USAG Professional members should read and review the document.  Any questions or suggestions should be sent to the Men's State Board members listed on our website.

Xcel for Boys is designed to offer a broad-based, affordable competitive experience outside the traditional Jr. Olympic Program to attract and retain a diverse group of athletes.  Both the Xcel for Boys Program manual as well as a How to Start an Xcel Program for Boys guide are available as a free download from the USA Gymnastics Boy’s Xcel page.  Additional information can be found Here.
