The Annual Women's State meeting was held on February July 17th in Denver.  You can download and view the Annual Meeting minutes as well as the State Committee Meeting minutes held earlier that day.

The Colorado NAWGJ will be holding a Compulsory Clinic for judges on Sunday, August 15th at Colorado Gymnastics Institute.  There will be no charge for CO NAWGJ members. More information can be found at the Colorado NAWGJ website.

Reporting Women's JO and Xcel Meet Results
All scores from ALL LEVELS MUST be sent to results@cousag.com in order for a meet to be considered as a qualifying meet.  Please note that YOU MUST INCLUDE THE SANCTION NUMBER with the results.  Instructions are available for exporting results from ProScore, Beyond the Scores or a generic format.  No scores can be counted if they aren't reported in one of these accepted formats.

The Cheryl L. Baits Gymnastics Award is given each year to a deserving Xcel program athlete who plans to attend the Regional Championship Meet.  Current Regional levels are Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.  Depending on gym policy, this award will go to the gym or family of the athlete.  An application for the award can be downloaded here.




The official USA Gymnastics 2020 - 2021 Rules & Policies are now available online.   The Womens's Rules and Policies, the Mens's Rules and Policies and the Tumbling & Trampoline Rules & Policies can be downloaded or viewed for free from the USA Gymnastics web site.




Colorado Men's Rules and Policies are available now.  Those who are Men's USAG Professional members should read and review the document.  Any questions or suggestions should be sent to the Men's State Board members listed on our website.




Xcel for Boys is designed to offer a broad-based, affordable competitive experience outside the traditional Jr. Olympic Program to attract and retain a diverse group of athletes.  Both the Xcel for Boys Program manual as well as a How to Start an Xcel Program for Boys guide are available as a free download from the USA Gymnastics Boy’s Xcel page.  Additional information can be found Here.

Colorado State Law, Senate Bill 11-040 REQUIRES ALL coaches with primary supervisory responsibility for a youth athletic activity to complete annual concussion recognition education.  A course that is free and meets these requirements can be found at www.nfhslearn.com.  In order to take the free course, you will need to register with the NFHS Learning Center.  Please take the time to take this course for the safety of our children, and to become compliant with the law.
