Reporting Women's JO and Xcel Meet Results
All scores from ALL LEVELS MUST be sent to results@cousag.com in order for a meet to be considered as a qualifying meet.  Instructions are available for exporting results from ProScore, Beyond the Scores or a generic format.  No scores can be counted if they aren't reported in one of these accepted formats.

Please click the appropriate link above for instructions on how to report the meet results in the format of your choice. If you need to enter your scores by hand, the generic template can be found here.

The Women's State Committee held their meeting on October 25th.  Minutes of the meeting have been added to our archives.  If you are a women's Junior Olympic or Xcel coach, you will probably want to read them in order to keep informed.

The official USA Gymnastics 2019 - 2020 Rules & Policies are now available online.   The Womens's Rules and Policies, the Mens's Rules and Policies and the Tumbling & Trampoline Rules & Policies can be downloaded or viewed for free from the USA Gymnastics web site.

Meet Directors for this competition season will no doubt want to download and view this presentation on what it takes to run an efficient and sanction violation free meet.

Colorado Men's Rules and Policies are available now.  Those who are Men's USAG Professional members should read and review the document.  Any questions or suggestions should be sent to the Men's State Board members listed on our website.

Xcel for Boys is designed to offer a broad-based, affordable competitive experience outside the traditional Jr. Olympic Program to attract and retain a diverse group of athletes.  Both the Xcel for Boys Program manual as well as a How to Start an Xcel Program for Boys guide are available as a free download from the USA Gymnastics Boy’s Xcel page.  Additional information can be found Here.

Do you have questions, comments or suggestions for the Women's State Committee?  You can send an email with your message to them all using this handy link.

Colorado State Law, Senate Bill 11-040 REQUIRES ALL coaches with primary supervisory responsibility for a youth athletic activity to complete annual concussion recognition education.  A course that is free and meets these requirements can be found at www.nfhslearn.com.  In order to take the free course, you will need to register with the NFHS Learning Center.  Please take the time to take this course for the safety of our children, and to become compliant with the law.
