Please note: Once you have been awarded a weekend you will be sent an official judge request form from CO NAWGJ. The judge request form has an assigning fee (paid to CO NAWGJ) of $3.00 per judge requested. There is a late fee of an additional $2.00 per judge if you fail to return the CO NAWGJ judge request form by the required due date. This form must be returned complete with payment of $10.00 to COUSAG in order to be awarded a weekend for competition. Reporting Level 3 and 4 Meet Results
All scores MUST be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org in order for a meet to be considered as a qualifying meet. Instructions are available for exporting results from ProScore, Beyond the Scores or a generic format. No scores can be counted if they aren't reported in one of these accepted formats.

The 2013 - 2021 Compulsories errata sheet
and the compulsory book replacement pages
as of July 31st have been released by the USAG National Office.
Coaches will want to download them in order to have the latest information for this season.
Clubs that wish to host Regionals in 2016 should download the 2016 Region 3 Bid Form and send it to Dianne Callison, our Region 3 Chairperson.
So far, Region 3 has had exactly no bids for these meets, but hopes to award them at Congress in a few weeks.
Colorado State Law, Senate Bill 11-040
REQUIRES ALL coaches with primary supervisory responsibility for a youth athletic activity to complete annual concussion recognition education.
A course that is free and meets these requirements can be found at www.nfhslearn.com.
In order to take the free course, you will need to register with the NFHS Learning Center.
Please take the time to take this course for the safety of our children, and to become compliant with the law.
The annual State Meeting and Draw
was held on Friday, June 13th at the University of Denver.

Minutes from the State Board Meetings held in February, 2014 and in October, 2013 have finally been made available to the public.
Also, Cindy Miyake has been named Colorado State Chairperson for yet another two years.
Other State Chairs in Region III include Diane Garner for Arkansas, Kim Lauderdale for Kansas, Susie Barto for Oklahoma, Ester Jones for New Mexico, Debbie Williams for Texas, and Erin McPherson for Wyoming. Best wishes and our heartfelt sympathies to all of the State Chairs in the upcoming years!
